Detection Requirements:

Combustion boilers, oil and gas gathering stations in oil fields need to order portable multi gas detectors to detect whether the concentration of gas emitted after combustion meets the standards. The detection environment is high temperature, high humidity, and high dust, and the equipment needs to be able to adapt to this environment. The detection accuracy must be high and can display real-time data. The device should be able to display the real time concentration and the detected data should be accuracy.

Detected gases: NOX, SO2, H2S, CO, CO2.

Solution features:

2. The NOX, SO2, H2S, CO, CO2 sensor equipped for SKY8000 is specific for flue gas detection, with a wide measure range and good sensor performance, which can detect these gases in high concentration, suitable for this application.

3.SKY8000 comes standard with a filter that can effectively filter out water vapor and dust to prevent them from entering the device and damaging the sensor.Due to the high dust on site and the device is used frequently, we equipped 10 filters to customers for replacement.

4. Due to the high temperature of the customer's detection environment, SKY8000 is equipped with a high-temperature probe with a length of 0.3 meter and tolerance to 600°C for easy detection. The probe is equipped with a 2-meter cooling hose and a condensation water filter to effectively filter water vapor and dust, thereby protecting the sensor.
